Modern Energy was certified by the non-profit B Lab to meet rigorous standards of social and environmental performance, accountability, and transparency. We’ve evaluated how our practices impact our employees, our community, the environment, and our customers.

We retain a SOC 2 Type II report from an independent auditor certifying that our security policies and controls meet AICPA Trust Services Criteria standards for security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy
